Food Stations
Food stations, like a pasta bar or mashed potato bar, can add another interactive element to your event. We can have one of our chefs prepare fresh pasta custom for each guest or have your selection of meat professionally carved during the meal.

Carving Station
Includes your choice of ground beef, fajita-style chicken, or fajita-style steak. Served with flour tortillas, corn tortilla chips, Spanish-style rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
